Executive Summary
For an educational innovation foundation, Enacment designed and built a comprehensive platform (web and mobile) aimed at training primary and secondary teachers in cutting-edge content such as STEM and Artificial Intelligence. The solution centralizes content management, lesson planning, and progress tracking, facilitating the transition to remote and digital educational models. The project has reached over 6,000 teachers and received international recognition at WISE 2025 in Qatar.
Organization Type and Context
The organization is a non-profit foundation dedicated to reimagining education through technology. Its goal is to bridge digital gaps by providing high-quality tools for teaching science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), as well as AI fundamentals, to educators.
The Challenge
The primary challenge was the fragmentation of materials and the need for a centralized tool to help teachers organize their workflow. Teaching complex topics like AI required an intuitive interface that would manage content delivery and progress monitoring without adding unnecessary administrative burden to the teacher.
Why the Previous Approach Fell Short
Previously, content distribution relied on multiple isolated channels, making it difficult to measure real impact or tool adoption. There was no clear visibility into curriculum progress or the effectiveness of STEM tool implementation in remote educational environments.
The Solution
Enacment implemented a digital ecosystem that includes:
Mobile Applications (Android & iOS): Optimized for agile content consumption, allowing teachers to access materials from any device.
Web Management Portal: A platform for administrators to upload dynamic curricula and oversee program deployment.
Tracking Modules: Tools for teachers to record their groups' progress and monitor the implementation of AI and STEM lessons.
AI Capabilities: Integration of logic to assist in content organization and personalization of the teacher's experience.Systems and Integrations Involved
Firebase: As a backend for synchronization and user management.
NodeJS and Angular: For building the web architecture and business logic.
Python: Used for data processing and intelligent support components.
Multi-platform Deployment: Architecture designed to maintain feature parity between web and mobile devices.Outcome and Impact
Adoption: Active participation of over 6,000 teachers in the program.
Global Recognition: 3rd Place at WISE 2025 (Qatar), validating the solution as a relevant innovation in the global educational sphere.
Scalability: Demonstrated capacity to deliver specialized education remotely and efficiently.Constraints or Caveats
The deployment focused on teacher training, prioritizing the empowerment of the educator as the knowledge facilitator.
What This Case Proves
This case proves Enacment's ability to build scalable educational software with international standards, integrating mobile architectures with robust backends and logic layers applied to specialized content management.
