What Was Slowing the Operation Down
The challenge was to digitalize a brand with a specific visual identity while maintaining its essence. Operationally, the goal was to centralize the management of multiple units operating across different hours and zones, ensuring customers have access to updated information regarding menus and product availability based on their location.
Generic solutions did not allow for the level of customization required by the brand nor the flexibility to manage menu updates centrally. The lack of a unified data structure made it difficult to align the physical offering with digital visibility.
