Why two teams can reach different conclusions from the same dataset, and which controls help prevent fragile analytics from driving business decisions.

One of the most expensive analytics mistakes does not happen when data is missing. It happens when the same dataset can support different conclusions. At that point, the problem stops being purely statistical and becomes operational: leadership thinks it is looking at solid evidence, when it is really looking at one analytical path among several reasonable options.
